Found a better way to pace with Garmin watch

Wow I didn't realize that the Vivoactive 5 doesn't vibrate upon hitting the heart rate threshold! I almost bought that watch but it was slightly above my price range, so I bought the Forerunner 165 instead. Mine does vibrate but I think the vibration only happens after a sustained 60 seconds above t

Thinking about pulling the trigger.

I switched from the Garmin Vivoactive 5 to the Amazfit Active 3 Premium. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is the BioCharge and stress meter; Garmin’s Body Battery and stress tracking often matched how I actually felt much better, whereas Amazfit’s BioCharge feels a bit superficial at times.

Looking for health/fitness wearables other than oura or visible

I have a Garmin vivoactive 5 and I love it. The body battery feature is really helpful.

Visible band worth it?

I have a garmin vivoactive 5 and it is such a perfect, useful tool for me. Real time continuous HR monitoring, overnight HRV monitoring, stress tracking, sleep tracking, and a “body battery” tool that is very accurate for me. No subscription necessary. Edited to add: I do not like the idea of having

Garmin watch

I have the vivoactive 5 and I can’t speak more highly of it! I use the body battery, heart rate readings and HRV scores daily.

Has anyone here with ME/CFS actually found ANY relief from constant nervous system overactivation? I’m really struggling and would appreciate honest experiences

Ooo this is very interesting. I got the Garmin Vivoactive 5 about 4 months ago and have found it useful for reminding my “do things” brain that sometimes I just have to do more full on rest than I think I do. Like art requires concentration, which is orange. Playing music likewise, even if reclining

Saved 500€ with the GT 6 Pro… but now I understand where it went

If you care about exercise and do sports, Garmin is the way to go. You can get Venu 3 or Vivoactive 5/6 or Forerunner 255/965 for not too much money. Or maybe the Instinct 3. For Huawei, it looks nice, and it's enough, but for nothing serious. I was a user of Huawei Watch GT3 and I was happy, until

Megathread: Wearables, Symptom Trackers, Apps📱

I currently use Visible and a Garmin vivoactive 5. I use them for different things. Visible: I like that it's waterproof and I can see how tiring a shower is. I love thr pace points system so I can see how much energy I've already used in a day. I appreciate being able to tag activity on the HR grap

What are your experiences with wearable health trackers?

I use both visible and Garmin vivoactive 5 on the daily. I like visible because of the pace points system. It gives me a snapshot of how much I've done in a day, rather than just a HR graph. I also like that it's waterproof and I can shower with it. The symptom tracker is nice as well. The Garmin ha

Art therapy to trigger PSNS

Sure! Im wearing a garmin vivoactive 5. The Garmin standard interface is pretty informative on its own but recently I installed a watchface called "Pacing Watch Face" by fitigued that is helpful for us sick people. It allows you to set a heart rate monitor to warn you when you've gone too far with a
