Wow I didn't realize that the Vivoactive 5 doesn't vibrate upon hitting the heart rate threshold! I almost bought that watch but it was slightly above my price range, so I bought the Forerunner 165 instead. I switched from the Garmin Vivoactive 5 to the Amazfit Active 3 Premium. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing is the BioCharge and stress meter; Garmin’s Body Battery and stress tracking often matched how I actually felt much better, whereas Amazfit’s BioCharge feels a bit superficial at times.

Yes, weird. My Garmin Vivoactive 5 with an AMOLED screen costs £170 and lasts 10 days. It probably has better data insights than this as well.
