Black GMMK Pro + GMK Norse
To be fair, I use a GMMK Pro on my work desk, and it always wears GMK. To also be fair... it took me quite a lot of work to make the board acceptable, as it was terrible when new... and the only reason I never gave up on it was because I'm stubborn and refused to be beaten :)

Keyboard recommendations
120 percent or 120 keys? o.O Full size is what u describe - (normal keyboard alpha-numeric + fkeys top row + arrow and function keys then + numpad on right side) And u can get a 80% (which is what I believe the wooting 80 is) he, he = hall effect (magnetic switches, NOT mechanical, but most magnetic

Which one
I have the GMMK Pro 3 HE. Beautiful keyboards, love the sound, but I can absolutely confirm the Glorious Core software is garbage. It’s so bad I’m looking at new keyboards (RGB is a pain to change, profile switching doesn’t work, actuation adjustments often times fail to save, totally unintuitive…).

Which one would you pick?
GMMK Pro sucks. It was good 5 years ago but not now when China is dominating the prebuilts. When I was upgrading from my $300 Corsair to GMMK pro, it was a massive upgrade. But now I own a Bridge75 and everything is better. The gmmk is far too stiff and the typing experience doesn’t feel good at all

Well, this happened…
I came from a Glorious GMMK Pro. The Glorious software went to absolute shit, and I was already running iCUE for my fans/RAM. Plus the GMMK Pro 3 launch really irritated me.

I just bought Glorious GMMK 3 HE 75% prebuilt for a really good price.
There are some fairly good options on Amazon Most of them are going to be of acceptable quality. Also good Keyboard. Way overpriced at full price but I have two that I got because of a pricing error for the cost of a barebones GMMK Pro. Software is also pretty bad. Use it for updates and to set sett

Buying new keyboard
GMMK is kind of overpriced and mediocre, not even QMK (by default, there is third party QMK firmware for some models but dang). 75% with knob: Monsgeek M1 v5 * ($80 barebones) Akko 5075B VIA * ($60 barebones) Royal Kludge RK R75 QMK/VIA * ($51 with coupon) Womier Q75 ($59) Womier Era75 ($63) Yunzii AL

Is Glorious in bad standing among the nerds?
The price point combined with the software issues are what puts people off. I have a GMMK Pro 3 that I wanted to love, but as a Mac user the software issues have put me off. I love the sound and feel of that board but it’s currently sitting in timeout.

Terrible buildquality
Their low end keebs are decent if you just want a prebuilt with decent-ish software and latency that isn't some chinese brand with weird ass software. But yeah when it comes to their high end stuff, they are pretty bad. It's basically the same as their lower end stuff but with a metal case that soun

Found open box at Best Buy and couldn’t pass it up
Good news is your old keyboard wasn’t compatible either 🤣 but it’s a rule I made for myself that all new keyboard must be compatible. I have a GMMK 3 pro and GMMK Pro, and only the regular/1 pro is compatible with it. I have 2 of their numpads which are supposed to work but currently neither one doe
