keycaps fail to fit AULA WIN68HE MAX
From Glorious website: “GMMK models are designed to work with Glorious, Cherry, Gateron, and Kailh brand switches. It is recommended to use Glorious switches for optimal compatibility. Zealio switches (plate mounted) also work with the GMMK PRO. Other MX-based switches may be compatible with GMMK mo

Terrible buildquality
On rule of thumb dealing with any hotswap socket is always to have something behind the PCB to support the thing, so that the force goes throught the plastic part to the support when pressing a switch in, not from the plastic part to the solder patches. And that's not only with Glorious boards as we

GMMK Pro Prebuilt - $48.75 out the door
Yeah yeah, we all know the GMMK Pro sucks but how miserable is your life that someone posts something they're excited about and your first thought is to shit on it? I'd feel bad for people who leave comments like this if they weren't so damn insufferable. Unlucky indeed.

Saw this on a Keychron listing on Amazon. We are so cooked
Remember when GMMK Pro was all the rave but Glorious never followed up on it or fixed their flaws and now Keychron replaced them.

I'm new, why does GMMK get so much hate?
When the first GMMK keyboard appeared, people were pretty positive about it. It was the first easily-available fully modular keyboard and it was relatively inexpensive. When Glorious introduced compact and TKL models, it was all fine. When the GMMK Pro (with the knob) was announced, people were exci

GMMK pro constant chattering $400 papeweight
Had similar issue and installing QMK fixed it. I used a firmware posted on reddit. It should be this one https://github.com/gourdo1/qmk_firmware/tree/PR-branch-2023-Q2/keyboards/gmmk/pro/rev1/ansi/keymaps/gourdo1

They don't want you to know this, but Alps switches can be used in any hot-swappable keyboard (if you're crazy enough)
I could tell it was a GMMK Pro 🤣 mine is happy how it is but this is wild. I’d love to try some alps but this is beyond my level of modding for sure. I enjoy doing and seeing things like this though, and I can appreciate your efforts. Good stuff.

Which keyboard is criminally underrated in your opinion?
"Criminally?" I don't know. But the GMMK Pro can be had for a pretty cheap price these days, lacks their obnoxious branding, at least anywhere except the bottom, and it can be flashed to QMK/VIA. I think it's a pretty good looking hunk of aluminum. At $50 or less for barebones, not a bad board at al

Black GMMK Pro + GMK Norse
To be fair, I use a GMMK Pro on my work desk, and it always wears GMK. To also be fair... it took me quite a lot of work to make the board acceptable, as it was terrible when new... and the only reason I never gave up on it was because I'm stubborn and refused to be beaten :)

Got told to buy an item for 150$ as a gift from my distant grandmother how did i do?
What issues specifically? Been using mine since the first month the gmmk pro came out. The stabilizer holes were a little tight but no issues in the entire time I've had it. I'd buy it again.
