I bought the Goruck 4.0 15L. Then my gym mate told me that she just switched to Wild Gym Feather because of more padding and better weight distribution. I tried it and she was correct. I was able to return the GoRuck within the 30 day window. She’s done Deka competitions with both and loves the Wild

Any proper outdoor backpack should do, i think their staff could even help fit you of one that you like, if you want one with dedicated plate carrier pockets, I have heard goruck and wild gym making these Edit: I think for your height, a backpacking backpack might work better than goruck or wild gym
