Ergonomics & Setup

There's a YouTuber named Ahnestly that has an insane catalog of office chair reviews. I watched a ton of his videos and cross-referenced his opinions with other reviews, and he ultimately helped me land on buying a Haworth Soji chair for myself that I've been very happy with.

Chair suggestions for Telehealth therapists

I don't know what you consider affordable, but today was my first full day with the Haworth Soji chair (after years of a Hdaba) and I love it. It was about $500.

Which chair should I buy to compliment my home office?

I really do like the look of them, and while I am yet to test one I know you get what you pay for. However, not sure the the other half would be too happy with me spending that much on a chair. I am looking at the Haworth Soji in the Juniper Green colour though.

Suggest a chair pls.

I don't find gaming chairs to be as uncomfortable as other folks do, but a decent office chair will definitely be better for your back/body in the long run. Chairs are hard because you can't really know what works for you until you sit in one. If you have a local store or furniture gallery with offi

What is the best chair to use

Gaming chairs are OK. But they all seem to have the same failure point in the lean lock mechanism (have seen 4 different "high quality" brands fail in the same way). But price wise they're decent. Also they tend to have full recline functionality if that's you're jam. I personally prefer a cushioned

What are some good quality ergonomic office chairs for back pain that you love the most?

I'm happy with my Haworth Soji chair. The lower back support and several other dimensions are adjustable.

I just got my first desk job. The chair I have is old and my back has been killing me. Any recommendations for good desk chairs?

If you don't want to sell your kidney to get a chair that will get you through the next couple of years...go to Staples and pick up a Hyken for cheap. They have decent warranties. Then when you're ready to not sell your kidney again but upgrade, go and get a Haworth Soji. All of the people telling y

Lads... Am I mad?

I bought a Haworth Soji chair “second hand” from donedeal and it’s made a huge difference. I use it for work and gaming and I never feel uncomfortable or have any back issues even sitting for 10 hrs a day. On the other hand 30mins on the couch with PS5 and I’m ready for the physio!
