The Haworth Zody chair is the only chair I've ever tried that actually fit my height and is adjustable enough for me (it's insanely adjustable in every facet). They're almost $1,600 but I got a used one on marketplace for $250 from a guy who was too tall for it lol. Edit: I am 5'2"

If you're small/short for like me and have back pain etc I find the Haworth Zody on par with the Aeron, I also got a used one from a very tall guy who got the wrong size !
