HE1000SE vs Ananda Nano
-Many describe the HE1000SE as a transformative leap in HIFIMAN’s lineup ,, but in reality, the difference is more nuanced, especially when factoring in music genre, personal listening preferences, and system synergy. -The HE1000SE truly shines with classical, jazz, and ambient music, where its laye

Choosing between Arya Organic and Arya Stealth
HE1000SE I chose it as the best overall gaming headphone myself. It is a Sennheiser HD800S with proper tuning. Excellent imaging in a wide soundstage. The Stealth is good but not exceptional, the Organic is better in some regards but pretty fatiguing. You could also get the HD800S and use some EQ, t

So apparently HiFiMAN might be the right brand for me? (According to AI at least)
Having personally tested/owned most of the stuff, this list makes no sense, as it should be since this models cannot experience them. HE1000SE are my top experience & recommendation overall among the listed ones, while HD800S are mediocre for a lot of purposes and the best in staging specifically. H

I want your guys opinion for these headsets PURELY for gaming. (Kithara, Arya Stealth, Arya Organic, Arya Unveiled, any Susvara series, any HE1000 series)
he1000uv he1000se he1000uv however, anything above arya stealth is overkill for fps games and also any large membrane planar can be not ideal for those type of games. In fps games being fast is the most important thing; when the spatial information is too realistic, what happens is that your brain n

How big before you could no longer wear over-ear headphones?
At 25mm, my Hifiman HE1000se can still easily accommodate my ears, with plugs still in, but those headphones are huge (and cost $$$$). For most other headphones, I just take out my jewelry until I'm done.

My modest endtable setup.
I'm not an audiophile, just an enthusiast. Currently, these suit me well. I sold off my higher end stuff for the Hifiman he1000se and Audeze LCD-2 CB. I think I'll hang on to these because they are comfortable for long sessions and their sound is as close to perfect for me as I'm likely to get. Woul

What open back planars should I get to upgrade from my HD560s?
Now you didn't mention HE1000 before... My headphone journey also went from HD560S to HE1000 with many stops before & in-between, You can save a lot of time & money by going straight to the HE1000 Stealth (V4). Endgame. The HEK sounds glorious regardless of the Amp/DAC. Heck they even sound great &

Arya Stealth ($900 AUD) vs Arya Organic ($1200 AUD) vs Ananda Unveiled ($850 AUD) – coming from Edition XS / XV (hip-hop listener)?
First off , do you have EQ capability? I own the XS and they are very flexible to match the sound of most egg shape Hifiman , maybe never identical , but I was hard pressed to tell the difference , had the XV , returned for defect in the membrane , had the HE1000 stealth , again not a big leap , now
