The surface would be built better and long term more reliable, but it definitely has more of a tablet feel than a laptop. The only good ho I've had was the spectre x360. Took it everywhere with me and ended up giving to a cousin in Mexico years ago. Still uses it and hinges aren't broken. Can't speak on other models. I would still go thinkpad. Function over looks and function always looks more professional.

I love my 2018 Spectre x360 10th Gen i7. Love the gem cut and ash color paired with my Azio copper retro keyboard and mouse. It's fast and powerful enough for me in 2026. I don't need heavy duty performance or gaming. It is esthetically very pleasing on my desk as well. Bring back the gem cut!
