AINOTE Air 2

I have the iFLYTEK AINOTE Air 2 - the headings for each note I take need to be written out so carefully to correctly convert to text. You can also see the words under the heading are mostly rubbish. Every time I correct a heading it moves the date to current one so the notes are then out of order as
