I have an old beat up Insta360 X3 in a cheap aliexpress knockoff invisible dive case haha. It has flooded a couple of times and the metal parts like to rust, so would rather recommend getting the original dive case from insta360. If you get the X5 then its regular invisible dive case should be good

It’s an Insta360 OneRS. I went with this model because it uses a GoPro style mount which is way more universal and has way more options. The X3/X4 all have to stick out on a dumb floppy stick, or you’d have the a big tall rectangle sticking way straight up from the bars and it’d look dumb af and als

It looks like there are replacement body housings for cheap on ebay or aliexpress. I would assume it's not waterproof for submerging anymore after a DIY repair, but I'm sure OP could make it look new again. I doubt a cage would hold it securely unless the body was repaired first. I haven't had any i
