The day footage looks MUCH better on the X5, especially the grass and gravel. The night footage is debatable. I've had both (Osmo 360, insta360 X5... And also the X2 and X3), and the video quality of the DJI is definitely superior to any of the insta360 cameras, regardless of the amount of official accessories available.

If you're looking for a "dashcam" for the bike I hear Cycliq is the gold standard. Action camera wise you can get wide angle single PoV cameras like GoPro, DJI, Insta360 etc. You can also get 360 degree cameras from the above brands.
