Are Teams Rooms on Windows + Logitech equipment 100% reliable for anyone?

We have MTRs with Logitech + IntelNUC kits. Using them for years. Rock solid devices, I’d have no hesitation recommending them to someone. Linux and BIOS struggles with a D54250WYK

Works flawless and even runs games like Hollow Knight Silksong, but since it's a rolling release, I don't know if its a good idea for a server.

Can a NUC replace my bulky desktop?

Yes, I have an Intel Hades Canyon that's still going strong and where I play games on. The AMD/Intel package is very impressive.
