Robot vacuums genuinely useful or just a toy you paid too much for?
This thread is populated with people that haven't used a good robot vacuum or a modern one. My Roomba J7+ runs 7 days a week. It almost never gets stuck. I have mostly hard floors (almost zero carpet) and it keeps them stupidly clean. Even my air filter for my AC unit is FAR cleaner than any place I

Megéri a robotporszívó, álló porszívó mellett?
Roomba J7+ van, nem éri meg, de nem haszontalan. IKEA Poang a halála, szóval némi pakolás kell ahhoz, hogy jó legyen de meglepő mennyiségű hajat-szőrt-szart összeszed.

Narwal Flow gets stuck on black rug
I hear you. It’s been frustrating, especially for a flagship model. The Roomba j7+ it’s replacing doesn’t have this issue.

Anyone have Mohawk RevWood Select laminate wood floors and use a robotic vacuum?
I have a whole house of your exact product, the Mohawk RevWood Select, and have been using a roomba j7+ for many years. It is vacuum only. No mopping function. It has rollers but they are rubber, so maybe that makes a difference. I have not noticed any damage to the floors, like surface scratches or

Braava Not spraying - tank seal
I am sorry to hear that for you. I had one, the M6 that I used in conjunction with my Roomba J7. And it was a disappointment. It struggled and often didn’t go over thresholds. If it had to reverse Carpet to get to another tiled area, it sometimes wouldn’t make it over the carpeted area. It just was

Saros 10 owners: is it “gentle” or does it bash walls/cabinets?
I recently got a roborock, I was using a Roomba j7 previously The roomba had no lidar and only relied on camera. The Roborock is miles better at navigating than my roomba. The roomba would slam into everything while the Roborock will get close but not actually touch or just lightly brush against wal

Vacuuming Corgi Fur
Yes, get one that has auto empty. Mine runs every morning before anyone gets up. Sometimes it gets stuck because of a rug or item, but for the most part it runs without issue. Edit: I have a irobot roomba j7+, I think it's 2 years old now. I had an older robot rock, the first Gen I think with the mo

IsItBullshit: are robot vacuums actually good and worth the money?
Short answer - they're basically shit and terribly unreliable. I have literally kicked the shit out of my numerous times because it insists on following me around the house deliberately trying to crash into me at the most opportunistic times (fishy). It gets stuck everywhere, can't fucking dock itse

Should I get a robot vacuum?
Our Roomba J7 is an idiot. Always gets stuck, can’t find “home”, runs over cat barf even though it’s supposed to avoid pet messes, eats toys and has to be saved. The mapping is god awful and doesn’t improve. OEM replacement parts are stupidly expensive. Biggest waste of money.

X50 ultra complete 2500 minutes 100 Cycles later
Bought L50 ultra over a month ago, it was faulty, packed it, send it back, wait month, couple calls, one more angry one, get new one couple days ago, so far seems OK, and smart, if it has any longevity. On reddit I only read about negative stuff about faults, leaks and issues, and tbh I would have c
