What item do you think every woman with ADHD should own?

They have a kids pair? Sign me up! My canals are tiny and I've tried dozens of ear buds, plugs, etc and only found JLab Jbuds mini ones that are on a keyring.

The JLab JBuds mini ear buds fit my tiny child sized ear canals. They are on a key ring and even have different skin tones along with colorful versions.

Any recommendations for sleep earbuds for audiobooks?

I've been using Jlabs Jbuds Mini earbuds. They are traditional earbuds but are super small/thin and allow me to sleep on my side. Battery life is 5.5 hours. https://a.co/d/0bxR01hg

I think they released a better version of these with NC and everything

Oh, and a house key.

Shit's wild, yo. So I'm recovering from surgery, bored, and I looked at my keys that I can't even use right now (not allowed to drive) and I thought: has shit gotten out of hand? So, with usage examples and ratings, some of the things I carry every time I leave the house. On a red Metolius carabiner
