Is this a good buy?
Solid deck, ditch the rest. Aim for an amp and two speakers (or at least two powered speakers) for stereo sound. You can source a used stand for way less than that one. What do you already have from FB Marketplace for $150? ETA: just noticed you're looking at TTL - they're great! This package is $10

I got a really good deal on them but only use it for casual music listening and a bit of gaming. I would like to put them vertical again but unfortunately I had to p

Speaker Advice
Depends on your budget and size, but Kanto Yu4 or Yu6 are good. You can also get a receiver(with Bluetooth compatibility) and get two powered speakers.

The ORA gets good reviews for a little less, but have usb in and not optical. YU 4 cost a bit under $500 and can be found on sale for about $360-400 in c

I’d look for the next tier up but used, ideally the Kanto YU4 or Audioengine A5+, check out eBay or open box deals

My 23 year old speakers need replacement. What are yall running?
I got the Kanto Yu4s on sale and a cheap Klipsch subwoofer after my Klipsch 2.1 computer speakers bit the dust. I didn’t realize what I was missing.

Rega Planar 1 with Kanto YU4 for $656 + taxes. Look for second hand. Get a Planar 3 for 240GBP. Pioneer PL112D for under $200.
