Beolab 8s vs KEF LSX II for desk + future living room setup?
I have both. One set of Beolab 8 in my bedroom and one set as rear speakers to my Beovision Theatre in the living room. The Kef LSX II is used as desktop speakers in my office. Like @matteventu wrote above, the Beolab 8 are more similar to LS 50 Wireless II than LSX. The Beolab 8 can play louder and

New Speaker Day
Yes I was relieved it was so simple to dial in. I have the Kube 8. As someone new to hi-fi and living in a more compact space, for me it truly was the perfect solution for someone wanting a “lifestyle” oriented setup while being “audiophile approved”. I think KEF smartly occupies this surprisingly b

My semi budget setup.
KEF and my KEF dealer both recommended zero toe in for my LS50 Wireless II setup. And personal experience agrees with no toe in.

Looking to buy speakers
KEF LSX II are definitely not going to fill a large room. They are SPL limited to near-field listening only. LS50wII would be better options for larger space.

LS50 Wireless II - which subwoofer
Depends what you are looking for? And size of room? If you want the kef's to go nicely for home cinema there are really 2 key choices Svs sb3000 or the more punchy and comparably priced svs pb2000 pro - the pb2000 pro is heavy though and takes a bit of strength to optimally position it. For cinema y

Beosound vs Beolab
😀😀 I never test stuff I cannot buy because I will fall so much in love that I will never be able to be satisfied with mediocre. That is why I also have never driven a Porche or Ferrari. Before all this Bang & Olufsen stuff I was considering getting KEF LS50 Wireless II but I must admit than I have t

Does LSX II LT need a subwoofer?
For near-field desktop listening I think the LSX II are perfect. Especially when using their table stands, or similar stands, that direct their speaker elements towards your ears. I don’t think LS50 Wireless II will improve the sound for desktop listening. I have also thought about adding a KC62 sub

Quick Experience on LS50 Wireless II on Desktop
I have been using the LS50 Wireless II as desktop speakers for a while now and they are amazing, and the clarity was just so much better than the LSX II which were already amazing. I use a Topping D10S connected via USB to my computer, and then Coax to the LS50. This provides a perfect USB connectio

Torn between KEF LSX II + KC62 or LS50 Wireless II – which is the better choice?
I’m using the kef ls50w ii with the kc62 in my living room. Can’t speak for the lsx setup but I would argue the ls50 Is already a bit underpowered from time to time. Oops, misread the question. The kc62 is definitely helping out for me, but it depends on the room size I guess. For 30m2 I would defin

Kef LS50 WII & SVS SB1000 pro
After a lot of testing with my KEF LS50 Wireless II + SVS SB1000 Pro setup, I finally measured everything properly with a UMIK-1 + REW and the results were really interesting. At first I thought I had a lack of bass around the crossover region, but measurements showed the opposite: I actually had to
