Keychron should allow waking the keyboard with any key
Maybe this issue is unique to the K2 HE, but my keychron Q5 Max will wake my pc regardless of which key is pressed

Help decide, MonsGeek M1 V5 vs MCHOSE GX87 Ultra vs Keychron K2 HE
The Keychron K2 HE is a Hall-effect board and will only work with magnetic HE switches. It will not be compatible with the regular MX style switches. As far as I know magnetic switches are linear only. So later down the line if you ever wish to change out the switches, you will not be able to use Cl

Help decide, MonsGeek M1 V5 vs MCHOSE GX87 Ultra vs Keychron K2 HE
I have the K2 HE, but it doesn't work with all magnetic HE switches. Only with gateron double rail magnetic switches, but keychron has listed their dawn, nebula, and aurora switches to be only compatible so you're kind of sol at the moment. Learning the hard way atm for my first TMR board.

Amazon keyboard
Where are you from, because different countries have radically different stuff in their Amazon storefronts. Mechanical, most places: Monsgeek M1 VIA or Akko 5075 VIA. Mechanical, if you're somewhere that stocks it: Sharkoon Skiller SGK50 S3. Magnetic: Keychron K2 HE but don't get the special edition

Help me buy a new keyboard
I have a Keychron V3 Max, it looks great and you can configure the macros and all that stuff. It’s not as loud as my previous K2, so that’s nice. I think you should get just one keyboard, and get a KVM or a USB switcher or both, depending on the accessories you have and how many devices you deal wit

Buying my first mechanical keyboard or should I go Hall Effect?
Gamepad emulation (the part you describe as "The harder I push, the more input") is available only on a few boards besides Wooting and all of them over your budget. The closest one to your budget with such functionality is Keychron K2/J2 HE, but I'm not really a fan of Keychron HE boards sinсe you c

Brand new K2 HE not working
I tried out the Glorious tactile magnetics at Microcenter and they were kind of only nominally tactile, which makes sense - a proper poppy tactile would make the whole variable actuation capability meaningless. I've been looking at the XVX Whisper rubber dome tactiles, but they're north-pole down an

Is there anything I should know before purchasing the Keychron K10 HE?
The best thing to do is add a warranty so youre covered. Also, be aware that the Keychron K2 HE keyboards have extremely limited switch choices. They are not hotswappable with regular mechanical switches and not even with regular magnetic switches. If you want wide switch compatibility, I recommend

Best keyboard from these options? (Typing + some gaming, $150 budget)
I have been building custom keyboards via commission for over 3 years and have over 30 boards in my personal collection. The only prebuilt I have held onto are my Nuphy boards. I’ve owned many Nuphy models over the years and I’ve sold them as newer models come out for which I’m interested. Nuphy ret
