I'm far away from being experienced in the custom keyboard game so my advide could certainly be a little "uneducated". I’ve been using the Q5 Max for about two years and I love it. I’m also using the keychron silicone palm rest. I really like the high profile keys. No issues at all with the keyboard or the ergonomics. It might take you a week or two to get used to the key profile but that’s about it
