I’ll go against the grain and say companies like Wiim, Fiio, Klipsch (e.g. the Fives), Kanto, Elac, other chi-fi, etc are making it more accessible while also raising the bar on affordable options with really great sound quality. I’m seeing more of this style home audio, mixed with desktop/nearfield

thanks for the reply, I was thinking about the wiim am ultra, but it didn’t have the playlist selection. so I went with the Klipsch, The Fives v2 with HDMI arc.

Klipsch The Fives, we use these in the bedroom for a simple, nice sounding and compact sound system, using a WiiM Mini for streaming also has Bluetooth inputs as well as HDMI, optical and RCA if you love bass as I do, add a subwoofer, using the Vanguard Caldera 10 with ours

If that doesn't work, save up a little more and look for some used Klipsch The Fives powered. They should pair very well with your turntable and provide a good "fun" listening experience.

I love Klipsch, the Fives are my favorite I use for Bluetooth but the Detroit and Nashville are excellent as well as the threes.

These Klipsch active speakers look great with this desk, Is this the Fives model?

Because the stands looks very big for those lil presonus speakers, maybe if you want active speakers you can go for Kali LP-UNF or LP6 V2, Edifier s2000mkiii, Klipsch The Fives , all of them sound better than those Presonus and Will make you setup look gorgeous

Appreciate it! Klipsch The Fives actually like a bit of distance they’re not strict near field. Even off to the sides they still hit me dead center with no issues, But thanks for the feedback! 🙏

Nice one. Enjoy the audio trail you’re on now. I upgraded to the Concerto’s over Christmas as well, coming from Klipsch The Fives. Filled my S3 stands and using Isoacoustic gaia iii pads. I’m only running a Wiim Amp Ultra for now so I have them hooked up to a Dali E12-F subwoofer to do offload the l
