X4 Colored Next?!
I have a Kobo Libra Colour and honestly, I got it because of the hype of the color e-ink display, but the tradeoff is not worth it for me. The screen is way dimmer than a regular black and white one, forcing you to have the frontlight on almost all the time, and the screen has this weird blurry-ness

I sold my Kobo Libra Color and got the Kobo Clara BW. I couldn't be more happier.
I'm convinced the Libra Colour is selling like it is because a lot of people hadn't used an e-reader before it. Plenty who have used b/w e-readers like yourself come to that same conclusion, that the inferior actual reading experience (KLC on right KL2 on left) isn't in any way worth seeing the book

Would you buy a Kobo Clara case with physical page buttons?
It doesn't make any sense at all. This would be practically the same size as the Kobo Libra Colour . But with a smaller screen.

Kobo libra colour disappointment
the price is quite high for what it offers. I paid 300 euros for a new device (without the pen) and the user experience definitely does not feel like 300 euros at all Just curious, where is it this high? I'd agree that's far too much. Official pricing in Europe seems to be €239.99. https://eu.kobobo

Worth the buy 2026?
E-ink development is very slow moving, the newest Kaleido 3 colour e-ink screen that is being used in the KLC is still the current, with no indication any new panels are being released soon. Even if they were released this year, it would probably take another year or so for them to be distributed to

Kobo or kindle
Returning my Kobo Libra Colour after trying it out for a few hours. I really wanted to like this thing, with the physical buttons and the freedom to load up on DRM free EPUB format, but honestly, the screen brightness and clarity is so poor without the backlight compared to my 16 year old kindle. I

Pocketbook inkpad color
Is it the first version? You don’t mention a number so I suspect it is. I have the Inkpad color 3 and I like it quite a bit. The 8” size is better then 7” reader like the Colorsoft and Kobo Libra Colour for comics. I think it may be on larger side for travel but if you have the room, go for it. That

Best budget (least expensive) color E-reader that uses an E-ink display?
Honestly, you just think you want to read comics on e-ink. Realistically, it's not really there yet. and a 6" or 7" reader is just too small, you would want an 8' color tablet at a minimum, in my opinion. Some will say a 7" reader is good enough, but it seems tiny to me. A tablet is still the best f

Does anyone regret getting a color ereader
Im currently selling my KLC, I have kobo clara bw, but its too small, so will be selling that too. I ordered libra 2 from ebay, so I will very much likely stick to that, its that sweet spot between libra colour and clara bw device.
