Yes, burn in is another concern. This comment helps me because I have the same use case as you. I am leaning toward the KTC M27P6. Monitors Unboxed has a video on it and it looks like a good option.

Hardware unboxed (monitors unboxed subchannel) did a review on the MSI monitor if you want to see it. And all panels typically have IPS glow. More or less so.
