X2DII or go deeper into M?

I stopped using my Leica M system completely. Hasselblad XD2/XD2ii and 907X. I just take street/landscape/portrait and pets. For pets, with the animal recognition AF it is a godsend. To me, the XD2ii + 55V or 38V is not significantly larger than a M camera with lens and it comes with AF and great IB

Seeking camera recommendations please!

I’d keep the xt-5, but if you must buy a Leica go for a Q2 or a Q3. I own and use three M bodies and they are not more compact, lighter, or convenient to carry or use than the XT5. They’re also harder to use. I mention this only because sometimes people get a vision of a camera in their minds that i

Help deciding

The Q isn’t compact by any means. It’s basically a mirrorless body with a permanent lens attached to it. The X100VI is much smaller and easier to just take with you. But the crown goes to the Ricoh GR series. I’ve never had the original Q but I did have the Q3 and the Fujifilm X100VI. The Fujifilm f

Exploring the light

sell it and never come back to it.I had Leica M10, M10R, Q, Q2, Q3, Q343 and SL2S (x2) and never even close they were up to performance of X1D II, I am not even going to compare them with X2D II. I wish I was smarter and never even tried Leica, they are same full frame as other manufacturers with di

Help me choose

I've looked at the Sony RX1III, I've looked at the Leica Q3 43, but ultimately I decided to buy the X2DII and I haven't regretted it for one second. It dwarfs (most of) both Sony's and Leica's offerings.

Started photography 1 year ago. Would love honest feedback !

It was shit with a Leica Q3 43 ! I get my Colors inspiration from films like tons, and I really like saturated tons like Fuji Fortia for example

If dlux is a Panasonic then is M11 a Sony with no autofocus

I know this is a Leica sub but I believe it is fundamentally wrong to dismiss the Sony A7Riv and v which use the same sensor as in the Leica M11 series, SL3 and Q3. None of those Leica series cameras produces good JPEGs straight out of the camera (SOOC). You have to edit RAW images to obtain optimal

I've only got one SD card since I'm just a hobbyist shooting on a point-and-shoot. How about you? How do you handle it?

Pretty sure all high end glass from sony, sigma, canon nikon can match the qualiy of the leica lenses. And they offer image stabilization and linear motor AF. I dont see any reson to get a manual leica lens ever. Ok, the feel of it maybe. But thats it. On the other side i only see reason for fixed l

Anybody else love M system but just can’t fit it into their workflow?

I used Leica M film cameras to augment my Canon film cameras back in ‘the day’. I got many front pagers with a Leica III. As digital took over my life and quality of life improvements hit the Canons, the Leica rangefjnders felt more and more antiquated. I quite literally swapped out the Leicas for C
