Go for something like a Lenovo Legion / ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 or a Lenovo LOQ if you want more value. At that budget you’ll want RTX 4060/4070, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD, that’s the sweet spot for college + decent gaming. MacBook Air is great for battery, but not for gaming.
