There's no E14 with dGPU and certainly not with a RTX2000 Ada (workstation GPU). Look at the Intel PSREF and AMD PSREF. Can current Lenovo laptops be used to play games(mid specs)?
ThinkPads aren't really for gaming. The cheapest new ThinkPad on Lenovo's website is the E14 Gen 7 with a Core 5 210H, but it only has 8GB of RAM for over $800. I wouldn't recommend buying a new ThinkPad just because the prices are so high when they are initially released.
