tried few full-size boards and the light bleed issue is real annoying - most "gaming" keyboards just spill light everywhere like you said maybe look at Leopold FC900R series, they have decent backlight without the disco effect but might be bit over your budget depending where you shop

I've not owned a Monsgeek but my Keychron Q2 (now my wife's) has been rock solid for years so speaking from personal experience I've not had any issues with them myself. The only other full size I'd personally recommend is a Leopold FC980M or FC900R if you can still find them (I use the FC980M daily
