New monitor for Sapphire Radeon Pulse 9060 XT 16GB
I also really like my LG. I bought the LG 27GL83A-B back in 2021 and am still super happy with it! At the time it was $380 so it looks like prices came down quite a bit as well since then. Same monitor now goes for $220

Thanks to this sub just pulled the trigger on the M4 Mac mini. need honest advice on monitor + peripherals before I screw up.
I have the 27" LG 27GL83A I bought in 2022. It's connected to both my M1 Mac Mini and a PS5. It's a 1440p 144Hz gaming monitor and works great with the Mini. Text is clear and not blurry and it's running at 144Hz. I'm connected via DisplayPort (DisplayPort to Thunderbolt 3/USB-C adapter) to the Mini

Suggestions for hybrid setup
They’re fine, but nothing special. I’ll probably upgrade the center monitor to an OLED. Current setup is: Middle: LG 27GL83A-B, 27” QHD (2560×1440) IPS Side: ASUS TUF Gaming VG27BQ, 27” 2K HDR

Anyone knowledgeable in HDR, how do I make it not washed out/blurry
My previous monitor (now secondary) of LG 27GL83A-B has HDR10 and it was pretty good. HDR10 is in my opinion the minimum HDR you want that is not an OLED/mini. The HDR on that monitor was good but nothing in comparison to an OLED HDR. As others mention, SDR content isn't good in HDR. Windows really

[Event] Halloween Special: Play your scariest game with LG OLED’s Perfect Black
Hello, definitely a game like Outlast Trials which would look amazing. I have myself a LG UltraGear 27GL83A-B which i've been very happy with, but if I had to nitpick, its not OLED so I've never experienced the perfect black. LG's OLED perfect black would change every game for me and would make horr

Subtle screen flickering
My PC monitor is the LG UltraGear QHD 27-Inch Gaming Monitor 27GL850-B, it is a LED monitor. This flickering issue happens only with the first descendant game. Either turning off the variable refresh rate in Windows or the frame generation in the game settings does nothing. The only way I am able to
