Under $450, you can get a 4K panel. You can't go wrong with LG UltraFine, Asus ProArt and Dell UltraSharp 4K IPS displays Newer models have a very good out of the box colour calibration. Best 32" 4K Monitor for Kitchen / Media Streaming (Netflix, YT, Prime)
lg 27up850 might be worth checking but it's only 27 inch, not 32 - but man the color accuracy is incredible for streaming content and has decent speakers built in.

£400 Monitor suggestions
The LG 4K Ultrafine monitors are good. I spent quite a bit of time researching over the past couple of weeks. The consensus seems to be that the 5K monitors (Asus ProArt, HP etc) are all the best for Mac, but they're hard to find in the UK and are expensive. I narrowed it down to the LGUQ850, LGUP85
