Recommendations for 3D capable TV’s?

I recommend LG TVs for 3D. There are two models. The LG UH8500 and LG C6/E6. Both are 4K HDR. C6/E6 is OLED. Both are passive 3D and with them being 4k you can get full 1080p 3d resolution from a bluray disc. Not a fan of active 3d.

1080p > 4k for games

Almost all specs lol. The only thing an OLED 4k monitor does better than an OLED TV is refresh rate (although the gap is getting closer as lg c6/g6 is 165hz now) and being compact enough to fit on a desk. Meanwhile, a proper OLED TV destroys it in durability, HDR impact, brightness, and overall imag

1440p or 4k

Lg 42 inch 4k 165hz c6 or 4k 144hz c5 claps all 1440p/4k oled monitor in terms of durability, image quality, hdr impact, brightness, immersion. Not even lg's own tandem tech on their miniature monitor version can beat c5/c6

48" LG C6 First Impressions/Review

There are still no reviews comparing the LG C6 and G6 in 48"... From what I've read: ▪︎ The G5 would have ~1,200 nits (Tandem Rev. 1.0) ▪︎ The C6 would have ~1,400 nits (Tandem Rev. 2.0) ▪︎ The G6 would have ~1,800 nits (Tandem Rev. 2.0) Now, what real impact would that have... it would be good to have

can a TV be a "safe choice" for sim racing?

From my extensive research, the LG OLED G5 series (and now the newly release C6 and G6) have tandem oled panels, which have a lower power draw (specially in SDR) and provide greater contrast and brighter peaks while pushing less voltage through the panel. Also the G series has active fans cooling th

Which TV would be better for my PS5- Samsung or LG

Have used both Samsung and LG! LG is more fluid with better user experience. Especially if you get OLED from LG with webOS, nothing like it. If you are taking one that comes with Dolby Vision, Atmos and NVIDIA GSYNC, you’d enjoy the HDR and FPS of your PS5 to the most. With PS5 Pro, full potential c

G6 HDR in Windows 11 PC Gaming is completely broken , AVOID this years LG OLEDS at all costs if you PC game *WARNING*

A couple of reviewers - are using calibration tools to confirm HDR is broken on the "6 series" this is not just the G6 but also the C6. They expect LG to fix it eventually. So this is known and has been reported to LG.

LG G5 vs LG G6 , 4k HDR PC gaming

It is a Bug ! I have a 48" CX ( ~ 800 Nits ) and to achieve a match with the Windows 11 HDR Calibration on my 48" CX, I have to set it to 2,100 nits and to 2,200 nits with DTM enabled on an 800-nit OLED... that makes no sense. Furthermore, the scale goes haywire as soon as you set it above 2,000 nit
