State employee here, we use roughly the same setups. Use a name brand mouse and keyboard and you'll be fine. Avoid things that require additional drivers and software. Lack of a pro Logitech G mousepad

Logitech was solid through about 2020. I originally liked my GPW. Sensor and switch tech matured and their competitors have been consistently eating away at their marketshare. I still own a 502.
