I need help with building a computer setup.
Mac Mini M5 (once it releases) Asus ProArt 27” 5K (or the LG Ultrafine 27” 5k, whatever is at a better price/on sale). Adam D3V Speakers. Keyboard and mouse are personal preferences. I’d say Magic Keyboard or MX Mechanical (Mini or full sized depends on the use case) + MX Mouse. This setup might str

My dream desk setup
Yeah, I can definitely give more details. I have 3 machines: 2 MacBooks (one personal, one for work) and a PC. I use the setup for both software development and gaming. The MacBooks are for work and personal projects, while the PC handles gaming and heavier tasks. Both of my monitors are 2K 165Hz an

mechanical keyboards hype vs actual daily use
I got myself a Logitech MX Mechanical. Mechanical feel, without the noise - didn’t need that (I’m old; when I started all regular keyboards were clicky and loud as hell). I wanted more feel, but not more noise

Why finding Mechanical Keyboard for Mac is so difficult
I sold my keychron and just went with the MX mechanical. Not really a "normal" mechanical keyboard you can mod or anything, but still a good one.

That's a Logitech MX Mechanical Mini, it's... a mechanical keyboard. A shitty overpriced one, but still.

What home office upgrades actually made a difference for you?
Do you need to get a desktop? WFH means you can work from anywhere and having a laptop that can dock at your desk to multiple monitors + external keyboard + mouse gives you the flexibility to have a desktop setup at home but also be able to work from other places when being stuck in your house gets

Charging subscriptions for a mouse is diabolical.
This pissed me off so much when I found out after buying the mx mechanical mini. Why did they have to use a nonstandard keyboard layout?? Wtf? Also, the backlight constantly turning off and on that they refuse to fix his updates. I decided I will never buy anything by Logitech after that alone.

They did it, they finally did it
Ugh, no support for the MX Mechanical yet. It's coming, though.

Will no longer buy Logitech products
I could not agree more. My mx 3s has stopped reliably left clicking after maybe just under 2 years of office use, an absolute joke for a premium mouse. Turns out that’s an extremely common failure. Reached out to Logitech support and they have been entirely useless, told me I’m out of warranty so no
