Another option I would look at the Obsbot Meet SE in this price range (69USD sometimes goes on sale a little less,) but definitely look into getting a couple small lights of some sort at least, even higher end cameras won't look too great with no light and webcams even worse.

I have the OBSbot meet se. the software is easy to use to make it the best it can be which is surprisingly clean and clear. For $50 I paid at the time.
