Yes it’s the oura gen 4. I’ve had it over 1.5 years and absolutely love it. I work night shift so it’s really challenged me to prioritize my sleep recognize when I shouldn’t overextend by working out. It’s also been my form of tracking my cycle. Highly recommended.
