Switched from outdoor job to desk job (weight gain)
Hey, been there! Ive worked a desk job 9-6 M-F for the last 12 years, here are my tips: I keep two lunchboxes in my office fridge every week. One filled with snacks (yogurts, protein bars, carrots, fruit, hummus, dips, etc) and another with healthy beverages (seltzers, unsweetened teas, diet sodas,

Bakit gumagamit ka parin ng traditional watch at hindi smart watch?
Watch is just to tell time, I do not need notifications. Smart watch is also very bulky for me, I wear oura ring instead to track activities and sleep.

can someone please tell me how im supposed to know when to rest and when to push through
Honestly? I bought an Oura ring for this reason. My therapist has been pushing me to rest and take time and not push myself into exhaustion. It was so hard and I couldn’t like “do it” and know when was too much. I’m a data person. So…. I got the Oura ring. It is like the thoughtful mother I never ha

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I have an Oura ring mostly to track sleep and biometrics. It does a decent job tracking Pilates and pickleball, too. I don’t wear it to lift though and have been using my Apple Watch to track that, but lately I’ve been like why do I need to be tracking when I lift? Or workout in general? As long as

I just got an Oura ring. I never wear my watch now (I had the same issue of digital fatigue) but now I only wear it when I'm working out. Oura is not good at getting data from when you're working out, so it's better to use your apple watch for that. It will import the data into your Oura app. The on

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I used to have an Apple Watch and it was very convenient when I was running events and then had an infant bc I could send texts, track breastfeeding, etc. HOWEVER once I got back into working out, the Apple Watch was so inaccurate for tracking run pace/distance and it died so quickly. I’ve since use

Happily gave up my whoop for apple watch (in combo with oura ring), but one thing i miss... more guidance about what to actually improve/change
battery life. it lasts for days so its way easier to get consistent data. vs with the apple watch where you inevitably forget to charge it and then you can't wear it. so now i use the oura overnight and charge my apple watch at nighttime. workout tracking is mediocre on oura anyways thats why i like

Yeah I switched from my Apple Watch to Oura last year and love it! I think the Oura ring is more stylish and I appreciate what it tracks more than the Apple Watch. Apple Watch is better for tracking workouts but Oura is great for sleep tracking, cycle tracking, and daily step goals. It also shows im

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
Me!!! I ditched my Apple Watch for the oura ring but I still wear my Apple Watch when I exercise. Oura alone is not great with fitness tracking but pairs well with the Apple Watch. I wear a regular watch at other times. Oura has been well worth it for me for sleep tracking and overall wellness and I

The Oura ring excels at sleep data, but I would recommend using it with your Apple Watch data. Let your watch collect movement and daytime metrics, take it off to charge at night. Wear your ring day and night, but know that it’s not as useful for movement data. I then have the Bevel app to pull in d
