There's a lot going on in there.
Is called being hyper aware and over functioning. Possibly due to generalized anxiety. I’ve been working to lower how much I do this with my therapist cus this kind of brain activity floods the body with adrenaline and cortisol which can cause long term health issues - often in the form of autoimmun

Switched from outdoor job to desk job (weight gain)
Hey, been there! Ive worked a desk job 9-6 M-F for the last 12 years, here are my tips: I keep two lunchboxes in my office fridge every week. One filled with snacks (yogurts, protein bars, carrots, fruit, hummus, dips, etc) and another with healthy beverages (seltzers, unsweetened teas, diet sodas,

I just inherited 12 million dollars. I don't know what to do with my life.
Yes, I totally agree. I was gifted an OURA ring and I had no idea how much stress I was under. These mechanisms can really help you get to know what your body needs, etc.

Swallowed Oura ring
Oddly Oura rings are rather MRI friendly, a good 1/3 of my department wears them since most other fitness trackers don't do so well in a magnetic field.

Burnt Out SLP. Could medication help?
Yes, do this. And do a few things while you wait for the referral. Please get your vitamin D and ferritin levels checked. Ferritin levels that primary care will probably tell you’re not anemic or not actually what you need to make any neurotransmitters. If your ferritin is below 75 or 50, you could

Bakit gumagamit ka parin ng traditional watch at hindi smart watch?
Watch is just to tell time, I do not need notifications. Smart watch is also very bulky for me, I wear oura ring instead to track activities and sleep.

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I’ve never had an Apple watch for that reason of not wanting to be connected all the time. I have a really fancy and special watch I wear instead. Oura ring- same thing. Also last thing I need is another subscription.

can someone please tell me how im supposed to know when to rest and when to push through
Honestly? I bought an Oura ring for this reason. My therapist has been pushing me to rest and take time and not push myself into exhaustion. It was so hard and I couldn’t like “do it” and know when was too much. I’m a data person. So…. I got the Oura ring. It is like the thoughtful mother I never ha

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I have an Oura ring mostly to track sleep and biometrics. It does a decent job tracking Pilates and pickleball, too. I don’t wear it to lift though and have been using my Apple Watch to track that, but lately I’ve been like why do I need to be tracking when I lift? Or workout in general? As long as
