hey hails… you do know.. your oura ring does that already by itself!!! you don’t have to pay for the natural cycle app!!! because my ring has accurately predicted my period the last three months as well! Sorry I’m not paying for another half when my brain can do the same thing!

Best smart ring for TTC
I’m really liking my Oura ring! I’ve not had it very long, so it’s still adjusting to my body, but it’s been fascinating. I struggle with oral temping, and I work night shift, so a wearable device has been a game changer. It’s a bit pricey, but I like the BBT tracking feature and cycle insights. I i

Ovulation
I found ovulation sticks to be useless for me, they were constantly negative no matter when I tested and I looked into it which basically said that PCOS can give either false negatives or false positives because your hormone levels aren't "normal" so they can often be wrong, after a while I stopped

Oura ring vs Tempdrop
Thank you for sharing! I also use oura to track and i worry a lot about the readings possibly being inaccurate because my hands get cold super easily and I sleep in a cold room. I do seem to have a lot of temperature variations on my chart and I’ve considered trying temp drop so I really appreciate

Ovulation
That’s exactly why I’d got it haha I wanted to wear my nicer watches and then it just was coincidence when we started trying. I tried both apps and found natural cycles a lot better, but if you do get an Oura ring they also have quite in depth cycle tracking with temperature inside the Oura app itse

Off-Topic Tuesday
I only noticed the pattern once I started tracking my period with a wearable device thing (I use an oura ring, factoring in the price, it's good not great). I noticed that it was always round day 18ish I'd be more tired, and day 24ish is when the rsd hits like the Incredible Hulk (I literally give m

My first IUI - how much weight should I put on my BBT?
Same, I have an Oura ring and it takes my BBT automatically and I do rely on it heavily. I always see my temp drop right before my period so I trust that it’s accurate

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
Yeah I switched from my Apple Watch to Oura last year and love it! I think the Oura ring is more stylish and I appreciate what it tracks more than the Apple Watch. Apple Watch is better for tracking workouts but Oura is great for sleep tracking, cycle tracking, and daily step goals. It also shows im

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I LOVE my oura ring. The aesthetics, sleep tracking, cycle tracking and the effects of alcohol on my body. My readiness score drops 25 points even if I dont log that I drank. The ring knows every time. I got the ring last August and I made significant improvements to my health. Quit smoking and now

Oura ring vs Tempdrop
Switching to Oura for bbt has been the best thing. I used to do oral bbt. Then tried Ava but didn’t like it. Been using Oura for over 2 years.
