BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I’ve never had an Apple watch for that reason of not wanting to be connected all the time. I have a really fancy and special watch I wear instead. Oura ring- same thing. Also last thing I need is another subscription.

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I ditched the Apple Watch years ago when I started feeling phantom taps on my wrist when there was no notification. I don't know why that bothered me, but it did. Into the back of the junk box it went. I do own an Oura ring, and I like it. I use my FSA dollars every year to buy something worthwhile

To people with long cycles: how do you know for sure your period will start in a few days?
I’ve been recently diagnosed with PCOS so I have a very rough understanding. My understanding is that our body attempts to ovulate but has difficulty picking a dominate follicle. Many PCOS women have more follicles/ eggs than regular women so it takes longer for the body to decide. Then for some, th

Looking for ideas for my mom who says she doesn’t need anything (mid 50s, tired all the time, “fine” at every doctor visit)
As a “mom who doesn’t need anything but is also tired all the time and doctors say I’m fine” myself, if she is tech savvy enough I think an Oura ring is a great idea. I got mine a year and a half ago and it gave me some really great health insights and I was able too to make lifestyle changes to see

I use a Ring Conn Gen 2 instead. It is cheaper than an Oura ring and doesn't require all the subscriptions that Oura ring does, but still protects your information. Like others have said though, I wouldn't buy it if you're only wanting it while TTC.

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
I love my oura ring but i depend on my Apple Watch for notifications as i often don’t have my phone on me or out while im juggling the kids. The only notifications i get on it are texts and calls. I only wear it when i know I’ll need the extra connectivity. Oura is much better for health and data tr

BWT: Anyone ditch their Apple Watch?
My two cents: I use to never (like never ever) be able to take off my Apple Watch bc of the workout tracking / steps etc. However, I decided to do the leap and get an Oura ring. I returned it a few weeks later. A few months later, I went through the same cycle and repurchased the ring after still fe

When do you generally wake up?
Yeah, I could get an apple watch ultra/Samsung watch ultra every year, for the price of a yearly subscription of whoop mg. Im not a big fan of trends but love data and have been considering an oura ring or maybe the new Google fitbit.

**Anyone else using Bevel + Apple Watch AND an Oura Ring? How do you manage it all without losing your mind?**
Been using apple watch and oura with Bevel. Im finding oura ring much easier to sleep with than my ultra. For some reason oura ring shows better deep sleep than the watch.Using oura for sleep and watch during the day. Not sure if the monthly oura ring subscription is worth paying just for sleep data
