How many of ya'll wear an oura ring and an apple watch?

I use both. For me, the Apple Watch is a workout tracker, and the ring is a life tracker. You’re right that the metrics are more interesting on the Oura, and that’s the biggest draw for me. I still use the watch to track workouts, because I don’t want to lift weights with the ring on. But the combin...

I was trying on bras

Hahahaha I love this. My Oura ring thinks everything I do is housework—I wish I’d get more fun suggestions than that. I guess I should try flailing more?

what is the one feature that everyone should know about?

First time commenting in this sub, but I've had an oura for a few years and here are some things I've learned. I hope y'all like this: Get in the habit of tagging things. This is how you can pull trends out to maximize the value of the ring. They use this system natively for trends, so using tags li...

Something that improved your life.

Exercise bike at home. Oura ring. Shower water filter. Shower drain hair catcher. Electric toothbrush. Bathmate hydromax. Using oil instead of lotion to goon. Egg whites in protein shakes. Martial arts. Playing an instrument. Minoxidil and topical dutasteride. Cialis. Arm days. Stretching/mobility w...

Im just not convinced its worth it anymore.

I have been saying for a few months that once my current rings dies, I won’t pay to replace it. I have really enjoyed it and learned a lot, but I’ve hit a plateau of what it can realistically do for me. There are things I like like sleep tracking and an automated cycle tracker that’s nice to have. B...

What giving a record-breaking 25-hour speech does to your body; Senator Booker and his Oura Ring

This makes me so happy to see for so many reasons! First, it goes without saying how his iconic, record setting speech is historically monumental. I cried when Booker surpassed the record, it was so moving. Second, to know he’s an Oura wearer too, and what the ring tracked while up on your feet spea...

Oura Ring vs. Apple Watch – is it really worth having both?

I wear both in the day and just ring at night (can’t sleep with a watch on). I import exercise from watch to ring app (don’t rely on Oura for activities). Works perfectly for me.

Falling out of love with my ring

I wish I could combine the Apple Watch and the Oura ring into one device. I love my ring for the sleep tracking. I love my Apple Watch for activity tracking. Neither are perfect alone but together they give me a pretty good set of data. If there was one device that had the capabilities of the two co...

I wish I knew this ring didn’t capture activities between 12-4am

Imo Oura should be transparent about this. Clearly stated on size ring boxes, packaging and websites. This ring is awesome but not appropriate for those who are regularly awake/active during the 12-4am time slot.
