Kobo Libra Colour vs Kobo Clara BW/Colour vs PocketBook Era Color mainly for manga?
PocketBook InkPad 4 / Kobo Sage > PocketBook Era (or Era Lite if already available) / Kobo Libra 2 > PocketBook Era Color / Libra Colour > Kobo Clara BW / Verse b/w line > Verse Pro Colour / Kobo Clara Colour Why? Size matters, as is the b/w tech way better for manga (way better contrast and no scre

New to e-readers - not sure where to start
I think you got the Pocketbook model mixed up. The Verse Lite is the only one without buttons. Otherwise, the Verse, Verse Pro, and Verse Pro Color all have buttons. For manga, how do you feel about the Pocketbook Era? The store isn’t good if you’re in the United States but you can load Google Play

I need a 7-8" BW ereader with buttons. Suggestions?
If manga is important to you, I would recommend the InkPad 4 and forget about anything regarding ergonomics. Size is important if you don't want to mess with zooming, and even 8" can get - depending on the manga - rather small (small text bubbles with small text). Additionally is manual zooming (wit

Ancient Sony ereader PDF handling seems better than some modern ereaders? Is that evidence that I should buy one for cheap?
No, PocketBook and Kobo just do have different priorities. I would say Kobo offers a more stable and basic OS, while PocketBook offers more features, but also add some... quirks and irks? 😂 Also does Kobo may have better programmers, while PocketBooks is more friendly in adding new features. And the

Replacing my 4th gen kindle that got bricked? Want something similar
- Kobo Libra 2 (discontinued, but you can get it refurbished from Kobo Canada if you live in Canada, 7" with page turn keys)- Kobo Clara BW (6", no page turn keys)- PocketBook Era (7", page turn keys)- PocketBook Verse Pro (6", page turn keys) <- most similar to what you have PocketBook devices tend t

PocketBook vs Kobo vs Kindle (real opinions only)
I’ve had the chance to use several e-readers over the past months: PocketBook Verse Pro, PocketBook Era BW, Kobo Clara BW, BOOX Go 6, and BOOX Go 7. Out of all of them, the Kobo Clara BW ended up being my favorite. What made the difference for me was the screen quality, the simplicity of the interfa

Kobo Clara BW vs Pocketbook Verse Pro?
The Pocketbook Verse Pro does not have native Libby support yet (Libby is currently only available on select Pocketbook Models), though you can sideload Libby EPUBs via Adobe's Digital Editions system. It should be coming to the Verse Pro via a software update soon, likely this year based on what I'

Would you buy a Kobo Clara case with physical page buttons?
I guess the PocketBook Verse/Verse Pro line has the “buttons on the bottom” bit covered in the 6’’ dedicated e-reader market, although it’d be nice* if they updated to a more modern screen. *Nice for the people who prefer that button placement, heh. I’d personally find that incredibly uncomfortable er

help me, I can't decide which one to get !(verse pro or era )
First: uneven light is a very subjective thing. For every device returned, ten devices will be kept because either the users do not even perceive the uneven light, or just accept it how it is (like in my case). You're at the internet, and people very loudly complain about things, and to which group
