Some of these speakers have comparable larger models, so look at those, too. For example, Wharfedale Diamond 12.2 and 12.3. I like the Polk Reserve R100 and R200 bookshelf speakers, and the R500 and R600 towers.

Nothing better for an active/“wireless” speaker. You can EQ a q6 meta to match anything that isn't a naturally shrill or bright speaker. I had no issues tweaking mine in Dirac to match my Polk Reserves. There wasn't much difference in their in room response until their very high end roll off.
