Ochelari Smart?
Salut!

What are the main differences between generations and brands when it comes to AI glasses? I want a nice pair but if I can get the same quality at $200 as I can at $500 I really would like to save the money lol.
If you are looking at the Meta ecosystem, the main thing to know is that you don't even have to spend $500 to get the absolute best they offer. The top-tier Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers retail around $300 to $330, and they completely dominate the market for camera and audio quality. The stuff pushing $500

Ray-Ban Meta Glasses Gen 1 vs Gen 2
I keep a guide on my website for this exact question: https://monarchxr.com/ray-ban-meta-2025-vs-2023-comparison/ For your use case, id honestly suggest saving some money and just grabbing the Gen 1. The Gen 2 have far better battery life and a slightly better camera, but if you don't care about tho

Any skinny on if/when we’ll see Meta (gen 2) available in an Oakley(s)?
The inside technology such as battery, camera, processing units, etc are the exact same from a Ray Ban Gen 2 to a Oakley Meta HSTN.

Are meta glasses the best for recording video? Wish they would record longer. Any better options?
In regards to Ray Ban’s, someone in the comments of the video said meta took the live stream option off of Gen 2’s, it’s only in Gen 1’s.

I tested 9 AI smart glasses across 4 real-world situations — unsponsored, here’s what happened
So if you want to use the camera for live streaming, then in theory that is the Mentra Live’s whole value proposition (ie live streaming, which I understand is different than podcasting but could be in that general bucket). In practice, I haven’t tried it yet personally but have read the quality is

3 honest questions for the smart glasses community
This is kind of a big question. There's a few things A good balance of all the existing features. most smart glasses have a camera with no HUD, however the few that have HUD's (like the Even Realities G2) may not have the best placement, or don't typically have cameras. And some of the ones that hav

best smart glasses 2026 what's actually worth it?
I got the Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) and the camera quality is surprisingly good for glasses. Battery life is decent, especially with the charging case.
