If your gaming headset broke tomorrow what kind of a replacement model would you go looking for?
I got the razer kraken v4 pro, its a 3-400 dollar headset but dammit, between the thx modes and haptic feedback its the most immersive and soundstage accurate headset I've owned. Went from turtle beach stealth pros and the difference is very noticeable. I know razer has shitty build quality but thes

Time for an upgrade!
That’s quite lucky then. I’m on a blackwidow v3 pro, naga pro, kraken v4 pro. Profiles and working macros are always hit and miss. Sometimes they on work wired, sometimes wireless, sometimes only wired with the hardware set to wireless. And for the headset, never had to do so much sound troubleshoot

Volume knob not working properly
ran into this with my blackshark v2 pro last month. try reinstalling synapse completely - sometimes the volume control mapping gets corrupted. also check if the knob is physically clean, dust can mess with the encoder. if none of that works, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) version has a much bett

A message to corporate leadership at razer and a review of the quality of their recent products
I shorten it with Qwen 3 I’ve used Razer products for years, switching fully to their ecosystem a few years ago when Synapse 3 was still current. While I had minor issues with it, the real problems began with Synapse 4. Shortly after its release, I bought the Razer Kraken V4 Pro and was forced to up

Real-world track day driver, sim newbie. Tear apart my first build before I order.
I only race with headphones and a decent set should be all you need. You do want to balance a long battery life with comfort/temperature. Saving money by using what you have is always a good idea. For racing, I use the Razer Kraken V4 Pros for the haptics, but I would probably go with something ligh

The arctis nova pro comfort disappointed me a bit.
I would, but to be honest after doing more research its not a headset for me, I find the razer kraken v4 pro is much more familiar and comfortable for me. I totally could just wait and buy your ear pads and that adjustable band, but I feel its easier for me to go and get the v4 pro, it has all I wan

razer kraken v4 pro worth in 2025 especially in terms of sound quality?
I've had mine for about two weeks <paid $299 on amazon during a sale>. I'd been using Razer Nari, since 2020, so I have to compare to that. I bought the v4 Kraken Pro to compliment the Razer Freyja I bought for my chair. Anyways, some things to consider... Pros: Nice build quality. Even the buttons

I just bought the razer kraken v4 pro and I’m very satisfied so far, a bit pricey but it’s very nice, you can adjust the haptic settings( surround sound), side tone , audio EQ, can even change the input source on it and comes with a little control hub to adjust these settings
