I thought about this too but decided to go for the Gen2 now. You never want a product right at release (at least I don’t) because of all the bugs they still have to patch. I think the earliest I would be getting it would be in like 7 months; and RingConn has trade in options

Thanks for the reply! And the app looks very nice, which health metrics sync to Apple health? As for sizing will any ring sizing kit work or would a smart ring sizing kit like the one from gen 2 ring conn work better?

Yeah, the plan section is pretty useless now. When it was first launched as part of UI 3.0, the AI Health Plan/Partner was incredibly useful and well thought out. Basically it monitored your metrics and weighed against your personal goals and then adjusted the goals automatically to nudge you toward

My story is similar… I gave what’s left of my faulty ring and uhx to a smart ring curious coworker. I’m a week into switching to RingConn Gen2air. So far so good.

We have 4 UH rings in the family, only had an issue with one regarding battery drain. I also have had oura and RingConn gen 2. I like the UH app the best. Especially since they recently updated it. Gives a lot of useful info. I don’t think any of them are super accurate but just to be used as a base

We have 4 in the family, actually 5 if you count my brother in law. No real issues to speak of. My wife’s battery dies super fast after 2 years but that’s really been the only thing. I really like the app compared to the RingConn gen 2 I had.
