Ran both in my own home: Saros 20 missed 10% fewer obstacles than the X60. Roborock's torque wheels handle cables better if you're lazy like me.

I’m honestly more into the Dreame X60. Roborock Saros 20 kinda feels like a dock update over the Saros 10R, while the X60 feels like a bigger jump, especially with navigation and avoiding stuff with the dual AI cameras.

My condolences. I gave Dreame a second chance with another Matrix 10 Ultra - the same idiotic behaviour. I now have a roborock Saros 20 and its night and day in terms of intelligence (i think their customer service is as bad though). Return it, move on to someone else.

I have it turned on and it's on less collision mode (most sensitive mode). The sensors are all cleaned and camera is clean. Ive owned multiple robots, this isn't my first one. Other brands are significantly better at obstacle avoidance than roborock. Ive owned/own: Wyze robot vacuum, Eufy x10, Dream

Owned/Own. In my possession currently I have a Mova V50 upstairs, testing between the Eufy s2 and Saros 20 downstairs and have relegated my old wyze robot vacuum to the garage where it picks up leaves, screws, concrete chunks and all sorts of garbage. The Eufy X10 got returned to Eufy after a few mo
