What model is this? I just got a Saros 20, to replace a different brand robot because the map was always causing problems like yours. I have to clear the map and relearn the floorplan which has been maddening. I rage-quit my old robot and got Roborock's best model, hoping it would solve the issue. N

That’s actually what I find most concerning. If the newer Saros 20 — which was just recently launched — shows the exact same behavior, it suggests this isn’t something Roborock is unaware of or still investigating. It looks more like a known behavior that has been carried over and implicitly accepte

I wish I'd never bought the wretched machine.
Q7 L5+ is the cheapest Roborock with an emptying dock. 190€ in EU.There's a Q7 L5+ set at 260€ which I consider overpriced. +70€ for two additional dustbags ist just hillarious.For comparison, the top end is a Saros 20 Sonic at 1550€ in EU. That's 8x as much.

Saros 20 -- Broken First Day
My Saros 20 has the exact same issue after 1 week. We chose it after having an S5max for years, ironically assuming it was the safer more reliable choice.
