Narwal Flow 2 will not dock

Try factory resetting the robot, placing it back in the dock, and setting it up as a completely new device. I had a similar docking issue with a Saros 20 right out of the box — it wouldn’t return to the dock at all. Roborock support said the only fix was to send it in for repair, but I ended up retu

Roborock Saros 20 still can’t clean between chairs after update

After weeks of log analysis, Roborock’s official explanation for my Saros 20 navigation problems is basically: “The new bumper is more sensitive than the S8 and chairs can trigger both sides while turning, causing obstacle avoidance issues.” Their actual recommendation? Remove chairs before cleaning

Saros 10 leaving water drops even in vacuum-only mode… support says this is “normal”?

This dripping issue isn't isolated; it happens on the Saros 20 as well. Roborock officially claims that up to 10 drops is "normal" and within their tolerances. That might be their internal accepted standard, but it is completely unacceptable from a customer standpoint. It is clearly an engineering f

Best robot vacuum right now for smart navigation and obstacle avoidance?

I’m honestly more into the Dreame X60. Roborock Saros 20 kinda feels like a dock update over the Saros 10R, while the X60 feels like a bigger jump, especially with navigation and avoiding stuff with the dual AI cameras.

Robot cleans but then can't find its way back to base and runs out of battery. Map is skewed

What model is this? I just got a Saros 20, to replace a different brand robot because the map was always causing problems like yours. I have to clear the map and relearn the floorplan which has been maddening. I rage-quit my old robot and got Roborock's best model, hoping it would solve the issue. N

Best upgrade from a disappointing Roborock S6?

Roborock Saros 20 —— This machine should have a lot of upgrades in terms of experience.

Upgraded from S8 to Saros 20… and it cleans worse under table?

Saros 20 Garbage Obstacle avoidance

I have it turned on and it's on less collision mode (most sensitive mode). The sensors are all cleaned and camera is clean. Ive owned multiple robots, this isn't my first one. Other brands are significantly better at obstacle avoidance than roborock. Ive owned/own: Wyze robot vacuum, Eufy x10, Dream

Saros 20 Garbage Obstacle avoidance

Owned/Own. In my possession currently I have a Mova V50 upstairs, testing between the Eufy s2 and Saros 20 downstairs and have relegated my old wyze robot vacuum to the garage where it picks up leaves, screws, concrete chunks and all sorts of garbage. The Eufy X10 got returned to Eufy after a few mo

Saros 10 leaving water drops even in vacuum-only mode… support says this is “normal”?

That’s actually what I find most concerning. If the newer Saros 20 — which was just recently launched — shows the exact same behavior, it suggests this isn’t something Roborock is unaware of or still investigating. It looks more like a known behavior that has been carried over and implicitly accepte
