Hard crashes in Win11, stable in stress tests in Linux
Since you've run live OS from usb, that excluded potential problems with Samsung drive - coincidentally I have 2Tb 980 Pro that gave me problems on Windows (hard freezes, not detected in bios until power is disconnected from PSU), and works perfectly fine in laptop and CachyOS.

$2500 Samsung TV is an advertising billboard, there is no opt-out.
I will never buy another Samsung product as long as I live their TVs are ad-ridden, and their OLED panels carry only a 1 year warranty. LG OLED carries 5 year panel warranty (parts only). their fridges are designed to not be repaired and THEY'RE PILOTING ADS RIGHT ON THEM RIGHT NOW their washers are

Help regarding used GA402RK
i ran into similar concerns when buying my used g14. 80% battery health is okay but expect maybe 3-4 hours light use - keep an eye on swelling over time. linux runs well on these with asus-linux.org guide, fedora works fine despite the maintainer change. the fTPM stutter issue was fixed in bios 330

Build Help
Ok, I really hope you haven't purchased anything yet. You are buying a full sized ATX motherboard. There are 4 sizes of motherboards (from smallest to largest); Mini ITX, mATX, ATX, and E-AXT. An ATX motherboard will absolutely not fit in that mATX case on the chart, nor the ITX case you mentioned.

My main homelab server’s 4TB M.2 SSD just died.
HP EX900 Plus is DRAM-less, which is the main culprit here. Without a DRAM cache, every small random write from 200 LXCs hits the NAND directly through the controller's tiny SRAM buffer. With that many containers logging simultaneously, you were basically doing a continuous write amplification stres

My Windows 11 Pro desktop was unexpected shutdown
Update bios if there is new version, for starters. What's the exact drive model? I had problems with Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB that liked to just disappear in Windows until power is removed from computer, and behaves ok with Arch.

Rollback to 26.3.1 because of crashing and freezes
I had something similar happen so hopefully yours is easier to fix, I ran ddu and cleaned everything up and made sure to turn off wifi card before restarting into ddu, install off of downloaded drivers so Microsoft doesn't ghost install a new driver once it auto detects your GPU. Nothing worked for

I'm at my wits end.
i feel you dude, driver hell is the worst. had a similar lockup spiral on my old rig and it ended up being the ssd controller freaking out after a driver change. since you already tried all the software fixes and crystaldisk shows no faults but the drive still hits 100% randomly, swapping the drive
