My Samsung 850 EVO SSD is at 57k power on hours and 136TB written. I just read they're not meant to last this long. Should I be worried?

Help with backing up data
2 year isn't very long - I can vouch for my 10 year SSD backups being full of errors - literally hundreds of files affected, while the 2nd backup of the same data, on HDD, has less than a dozen bitrot events.
