How do you handle client calls when you're not available?

Calls I don't answer go voice to text message. All my clients know I focus on the client I am with, and will call them back as soon as I can. Never ever had an issue with that, either existing or potential clients. The clients that can't handle life / are too important to be understanding... are bet

What are the best running headphones to use right now? Any suggestions pls?

Just buy Shokz Openrun Pro 2. Thank me later. You forget you have them on, can hear around you, have 10 hr battery, are comfortable, and you don't have to deal with earbuds in your ears bouncing around.

Bone conduction earphones are a game changer

I have OpenRun Pro 2 I'm pretty sure. I have the mini size which works perfectly with my head size. This is my second pair of Shokz. My now wife bought me the first iteration and the only reason I bought the second Gen was because it uses a USBC so I don't have to worry about having more than one ca

Headphones recommendations

I'm on my third pair. My first were the original Aftershokz, then the Shokz OpenRun Pro, and now the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 that I got in May 2025. I'll end up buying a fourth pair when these die in 1-3 years. They have a lot of advantages over earbuds. But their battery life is poor. In order to get t

Is the Shokz Openrun Pro 2 worth it?

For me, at 11k, no. Standard or mini version is the same. Literal na mas maliit lang yung mini for the head size. I have the openrun se, nabili ko early this year for $90 when I went to the states. Up to now okay parin. Pinantakbo ko na sa ulan, sa init, sa marathon. Haba parin battery life. I charg

Glasses and headphones/earbuds

I gifted my wife an openrun pro 2 and she loves it as she likes to be aware of her surroundings and the battery lasts forever. They have a mini/standard size. My wife is a happy with the standard (she tug her hair within the band), but always wondered if the mini would fit better. She said she doesn

First 50k in three weeks . . . and suddenly I have so many questions.

I take 90g carbs/hour as a Precision Gel 90. I also carry salted nuts with me as they're compact, calorie dense, and easy to eat in all seasons. It's a good mix of sweet & savory that doesn't take up lots of space. Too much of just sweet can make one sick. Salted cashews are a particular favorite as

Open ear headphones?

I use Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 for riding the bike. Not cheap but they have excellent sound quality whilst leaving the ears open to hear traffic. I wear them whilst walking the dog too. Battery life of about 7 hours play time and recharge in about an hour.

What things have you done as a SAHP which have made things easier or more enjoyable?

They're expensive, but the Shokz Openrun Pro 2 Minis are by far the best. I'd either get those, or grab an affordable Chinesium version from Amazon to see if it's something you like. I'm not sure which of those are good anymore as I only buy from Shokz these day. I suspect that they've caught up in

earbud recommendations for marathon training

Shokz Openrun Pro 2s. Comfortable, no need to worry about them coming out, sound is surprisingly good considering they're bone conduction headphones, 12 hour battery life, and leaving your ears open makes them safer than earbuds.
