Smallest non-s9 l mount?

The Sigma FP and FP L are both smaller than the S9, but they have some quirks. No IBIS is a big one. Bad autofocus is another. I love my FP L, but it’s a very “special” little camera. Everyone saying there are no other options, need to google.

The EV1 isn't for "bad eyes." It's for people tired of pretending their M photos are actually in focus.

Leicas are insanely expensive. But your assertion that the EV1 offers "something that you can get from almost every camera company out there" is simply untrue. I think there are only three compact 60MP cameras with interchangeable lenses available. - Sigma fpL. I owned this camera. I loved the size.

If you’re feeling GAS-y

I spent decades in Darkrooms, never again! Digital can do anything Film can, and better. Especially low light captures. Now, retired I have go through all my bins of slides and negatives … ugh. Sure, I loved my Nikons and Nikkors! Nikon fell behind and a lot of us switched to Canon. Digital … I like

Q2 owner considering where to go next. Q3, Q3 43, MP, M6, M11? EV1?

A second body is a good idea or at least it’s what I do because I don’t like to change lenses. But if you’re concerned about size and weight, what about keeping your Q2 and add a Sigma Fp with a 45mm lens?

How much do I need to spend before I can get a camera that will outperform my pixel 9 pro

No, you don't need to spend big money on a camera. The reason cine cameras like ARRIs cost tens of thousands of dollars: Niche market They are a small portion of the budget of a big Hollywood film. They are usually rented, often the studio/production company renting out to themselves (tax write-off,

Looking for consolation -- Just bouth a new s9 literally 1 day before the L10 annoucement (no returns allowed in my country)...RIP?

2 totally different cameras. And depending on your needs the S9 is a great compromise. It's one of the smallest FF options and it has good AF (the sigma fp-L being smaller but has slow AF). If you want FF the S9 is one of the best compact options because lumix also makes wonderful compact lens optio

You’re probably wondering how I ended up here..

Absolutely need and want full frame. I’m in low light environments more than anything else. I only recently got rid of my CL maybe 2 weeks ago. I had a great pocket setup with that and an adapted MS-Optus Appolloquia 28 2.8 / Steel Rim but more often than not I was struggling bc of light. I forget w

Camera Question: Rangefinder vs SLR

I am a bit afraid of that, but I thought I wouldn’t get used to small mirrorless like the Sigma fp I got last year and it’s become my most beloved camera 🤷‍♂️

HELP ME PLEASE

I have this exact swing-down v-mount system for my Sigma FP and it’s really cool, but keep in mind that the BMPCC 6K’s screen doesn’t flip out and possibly not “up” enough to clear the plate when in the vertical (shooting) position. it also might be a little lightweight for the BMPCC form factor, th
